The Polylok 4-inch Flow Gate is intended to address various drainage needs. It is compatible with 4 in. drain and sewer fittings. The device allows for the diversion and release of water to designated safe areas away from structures, landscapes prone to erosion, and areas with poor drainage. When water flows into a drain pipe, it requires a designated exit path. The flow gate connects to either 3" or 4" hub sewer and drain fittings and opens when the pressure from the flowing water engages it, permitting the water to discharge. Once the water ceases to flow, the flow gate closes, preventing any objects from entering. Simply insert the flow gate into the pipe to eliminate concerns about debris, rodents, or unwanted items in the pipes. It is compatible with all 4" pipes and fittings and 3" hubs. If there is already installed piping that does not extend above ground, the flow gate can be obtained alongside a section of sewer pipe shaped like an elbow to resolve this issue. It is designed to be fade-resistant and equipped with a stainless-steel spring, and it is available in green.
